FunDay 2005
The Logos School annual Fun Day was a huge success again this year. Though the day was a hot one, plenty of students, parents and friends came out to support the charity event. Face painting and hair braiding were popular stalls, as was the sumo wrestling and bouncy castle. The finale of the day was the comiclympics where four teachers competed in numerous comic events like the head-long dive, jelly toss, and water balloon catch. Miss Rachel and Mr Graham competed from the Primary department and Mr Demetris and Mr Jeremy represented the Secondary School. Competition was stiff, but in the end Mr Graham came out on top with only one more point than Mr Demetris. At the end of the day, over £800 was raised for the Anti-Cancer Society. A big THANKS goes to Mrs Marguerite and Mr Jeremy for organising the event and to all those teachers and students who leant a hand.
